Il est l\u2019un des premiers \u00e0 int\u00e9grer la sophrologie dans l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement des \u00e9quipes nationales suisses de ski alpin ; sur les quatre skieurs qu&rsquo;il accompagnait, 3 sont mont\u00e9s sur le podium. La&nbsp;sophrologie fait son entr\u00e9e dans le sport de haut niveau. Elle devient un v\u00e9ritable outil de pr\u00e9paration mentale reconnu dans le milieu sportif.  <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La sophrologie est pratiqu\u00e9e par des sportifs de haut niveau notamment en athl\u00e9tisme, tennis, natation, football, ski, arts martiaux &#8230; Parall\u00e8lement, la sophrologie se d\u00e9mocratise \u00e9galement aupr\u00e8s des sportifs amateurs pour aider chacun \u00e0 progresser et \u00e0 trouver du plaisir dans sa pratique. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De nos jours, de nombreux entra\u00eeneurs, f\u00e9d\u00e9rations, associations sportives, clubs ont adopt\u00e9 la sophrologie.
